The "Learning By Grace / gloryLane" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 20, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Start Date"), and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 30, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor's computer during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Learning By Grace, Inc., 10 Shurs Lane, Suite 202, Philadelphia, PA 19127 ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open all legal residents of the United States that are at least 18 years of age as June 20, 2008. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, member magazines, advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively including Sponsor, "Sweepstakes Entities") their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the "Learning By Grace / gloryLane" Sweepstakes ("Promotion"), participants agree to abide by these official rules and regulations and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding as to all matters concerning this Promotion. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER: A qualified person may enter by either: 1) Visiting www.gloryLane.com and creating an account, and uploading the photo/image of yourself wearing a wristband imprinted with the word "gloryLane" (or hand or machine made facsimile) showing entrant's hand pointing to the sky. Each entrant that activates an account and uploads the image will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on November 30, 2008; or 2)subscribe to one of our newsletters by submitting your email address via the subscription form after June 20, 2008 at www.TheGraceAcademy.org or www.TheMorningStarAcademy.org or www.TheJubileeAcademy.org or www.TheSouthernBaptistAcademy.org or www.RadioGrace.org or www.TheNarniaAcademy.org. Each entrant that submits their email address will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on November 30, 2008; or 3) enter by hand printing on a 3" x 5" card, in black or blue ink, your first name, last name, email address (if available), mailing address, city, state, zip, phone number with area code first, date of birth and the words "gloryLane" Sweepstakes and mail the 3" x 5"card in a first class stamped envelope to: "gloryLane" Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY 14610. The mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2008 and received by October 24, 2008. Each properly completed and received card will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes drawing.

Limit one (1) entry per person per e-mail and/or mailing address regardless of the method of entry. All required information must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Internet entries must be made by the entrant only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, misdirected, stolen, postage-due registrations, entries or mail. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits more than maximum allowed entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, you consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the sole purpose of administering this Sweepstakes.

INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. The Grand Prize winner will have the choice of receiving: a) 2008 Smart Car ("smartfortwo"), or b) $10,000 cash award. If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Smart Car, then the following applies:

Grand Prize Winner must be a licensed driver and must present proof of insurance satisfactory to Sponsor prior to taking possession of the Vehicle. Vehicle color and other specifics are to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any additional features, options or upgrades are not included in the prize and will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and if paid for by the Grand Prize Winner. Actual Vehicle and specifications are based upon dealer inventory. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Vehicle including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. The Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for all title, license, insurance and registration fees required in claiming, registering or using the Vehicle as well as any taxes that may be applicable. Winner must take delivery from a dealership designated by Sponsor, and Vehicle must be picked up by 12/1/2008 (or a date to be determined by the Sponsor, it is sole discretion, based upon the availability of the car) or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for transportation and all costs associated with picking up the Vehicle at the specified location. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the vehicle is $13,590.

The Grand Prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions may be made, except by Sponsor who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize (or portions thereof) with prizes of comparable or greater value. Prize will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. All prize details, including the brands and specifications of the products that will be awarded, will be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes and other costs and expenses associated with prize receipt and use not specified herein as being provided. Prize will only be awarded to the verified winner.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The Grand Prize winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing conducted on or about November 1, 2008 by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co. (the "Administrator") an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or mail. Upon initial notification and verification of potential Grand Prize winner, confirmation will be sent to winner in writing via USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor's choice.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release which must be returned within 14 days of written notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, or if potential winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such potential winner shall be disqualified and, in Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the prize in issue. The winner's entry, and acceptance of the prize, offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability, loss, damage or injuries to any person (including death) or property of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of the prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of the prize. Entrants further acknowledge that the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules.

DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that 1.) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; 2.) Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and shall not include any punitive, consequential or other damages, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event include attorneys' fees; and 3.) Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All dispute resolution shall be made by the Sponsor in their sole discretion. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor or the Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. These rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these Official Rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The value of the Sweepstakes prizes set forth above represents Sponsor's determinations of the ARV in its sole and absolute discretion thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of any prize turns out to be less than the states ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.
